The GME Coordinator Conference aims to foster a sense of community through education and collaboration.  Become renewed and inspired through educational sessions providing tools, resources and knowledge to enhance your professional foundation in GME.

The conference will include speakers on wellness, professional development, diversity and much more.  There will also be a presentation from the ACGME and opportunities to network with other medical education professionals.   Program details are below.  

The Guidebook app will also be used as a conference resource that can be accessed from your phone or tablet.

Registration
Conference registration is free if you are a part of the MMCGME community. If you are unsure if you are a part of the MMCGME Community, please refer to this link.  If you need to submit payment there will be an option to do so after you register below.

NEW this year! As part of this year's conference, we are seeking proposals for 30-45 minute presentations and 5-6 minute tips given on topics of interest to program administrators. Subjects can range from resident interaction, Milestones, professional development, wellness, and other areas that would be of interest to the group. You can use a presentation that you have given as a national conference. If you would like to present with someone and need help connecting with other administrators, let us know. Please construct a few sentences around what you would like to present on and sent to Carly Dolan ([email protected]). We will then present your ideas to the conference committee for final approval. Thank you for helping make this year's conference a success!
​Also new this year, in conjunction with the coordinator conference we will be holding an Education Leadership Workshop for Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, Site Directors, & Core Faculty. They will be joining the coordinator group for breakfast, an update from the ACGME, and lunch.

Need a hotel room for the conference? Below are instructions to book at the DoubleTree. Please note that the cutoff date for attendees to make reservations is August 13th. The group rate for a room is $154/night.
Phone Instructions
