LIME+MMCGME: Leadership in Medical Education is a year-long professional development cohort for residency and fellowship directors in the Twin Cities. It is designed to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment to enhance leadership skills and create community. Three half-day sessions will be held in the 2024-2025 academic year.
